In order for NTT Consulting to draw up a service level agreement, a consultant will visit your premises and analyse the existing environment to fully determine unique requirements.

Upon acceptance of a quotation, NTT Consulting designs and implements the solution, as agreed by both parties.


In support services, NTT Consulting requests a preliminary session is held in order for the client to specify what is deemed critical in the event of support required.

Calls are defined as follows:
Priority one
     - 4 hour mean time to respond o 1 hour to respond to call
     - 3 hours onsite response thereafter

Priority two
     - 1 hour mean time to respond to call on site NTT Consulting offers        managed network services through remote support, thus        ensuring a cost effective service to clients acrossthe real; and        virtual worlds.
